MOSCOW - Russia is open to dialogue with all countries including the United States, given that it is based on mutual respect, Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
"We want to build dialogue not only with America, but with all countries, based on mutual respect and mutual benefit," Peskov said.
He said Moscow will follow the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expected to take place in Washington on Friday, including the outcomes of the talks and the related statements to be made.
Trump said Wednesday that the Ukrainian leader would go to Washington on Friday to sign a minerals partnership agreement.
