On Dec 20, 1999, Macao was reintegrated into China following a historic handover ceremony. Four-year-old Mario Ho was too young to understand the reason behind his family's celebrations. Now, a quarter of a century later, he has witnessed the city's transformation and is striving to achieve his own goals by actively participating in the city's development.
