4月7日，中国民航局向亿航智能控股有限公司颁发首张无人驾驶载人航空器生产许可证。这表明该公司旗下的产品亿航EH216-S已具备量产资质，为下一步商业化运营提供重要保障。
On April 7th, EHang Holdings Limited obtained the first production certificate for the EH216-S passenger-carrying autonomous aerial vehicle system from the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Obtaining the production certificate is an important milestone for the EH216-S to enter the mass production stage, as well as a necessary step to advance commercial operations.

2024年全国两会期间，低空经济首次被写入《政府工作报告》。
低空经济是以各种有人驾驶和无人驾驶航空器的各类低空飞行活动为牵引，辐射带动相关领域融合发展的综合性经济形态。其相关产品主要包括无人机、eVTOL（电动垂直起降飞行器）、直升飞机、传统固定翼飞机等，涉及居民消费和工业应用两大场景。
电动垂直起降飞行器是指电动化、不依赖机场跑道、能够垂直起降的飞行器，也被称为“空中的士”，是低空经济的核心场景之一。
取得生产许可证后，EH216-S将实现更大规模交付，向全球市场输出更多的中国造“空中的士”。
EH216-S的最大设计速度达130千米/小时，最大航程达30千米，最大航时25分钟，可以广泛应用于载人交通旅游观光、物流运输、医疗急救等场景，为城市内日益加剧的交通拥堵与污染问题提供了解决方案。
