While visiting the Changxing Island Fine Chemical Innovation Park and the Hengli Industrial Park, they experienced firsthand the strong technological innovation momentum, transformative achievements, and efficient and resilient industrial supply chains that Dalian displays in the petrochemical and fine chemical fields.
This visit marked the first stop of the Liaoning tour organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
