Shihe Organic Farm is one of the first digital agriculture factories in Zhejiang province. Intelligent equipment such as automatic irrigation, track vehicles, sprayers, and temperature and humidity control in the farm all rely on stable power supply. During the spring plowing period, equipment runs at high loads for extended periods of time, easily causing hidden hazards, such as line aging and loose joints, which not only affects agricultural production efficiency but also endangers power usage safety.
"Our farm introduced space vegetable seeds last year. It's great that you can guide us on safe power usage," said the person in charge of the farm. Currently, the farm is in a transitional stage of mass production of space vegetables, so the control requirements for temperature, humidity and light are more stringent, and stable power supply has become key to ensuring agricultural production.
To this end, the power supply company relies on the human-computer interaction digital twin system of the organic farm to conduct scientific assessments of automated equipment, analyze power usage data of the farm, form an "energy efficiency bill", and provide reasonable suggestions for power usage to achieve real-time response to demand and precise service. At the same time, a comprehensive investigation of hidden dangers was carried out on the power supply lines, distribution transformers, irrigation and drainage automation equipment, internal power consumption facilities, and platform areas involved in the organic farm, and rectifications were carried out in a timely manner to eliminate safety hazards and defects, ensuring safe and stable power supply during the spring plowing period.
In the seedling greenhouse of the High-tech Fruit and Vegetable Cooperative, the busy figures of power personnel were also active. It is reported that the cooperative plans to plant 50 mu of greenhouse watermelons this year. With the widespread application of modern agricultural technology, electric heating for seedling raising has become an important method of seedling raising.
During the seedling stage, low ground temperature affects root growth. At this time, it is necessary to increase the ground temperature through mulching or electric heating to ensure a suitable temperature during the seedling stage. In the early stage of transplanting, watermelon seedlings still need appropriate ventilation, irrigation and fertilization, and the temperature in the shed needs to be maintained at 16 to 22 degrees Celsius, all of which are inseparable from a stable and reliable power supply.

The company analyzes data based on the characteristics of agricultural production in previous springs and the situation of power protection for spring irrigation, conducts a "comprehensive sweep" investigation of spring plowing and irrigation power lines and equipment, and establishes a grid service group, using a combination of "online communication + offline visits" to dynamically understand the power needs of farmers.
