The 13th Round Hainan Regatta concluded in Sanya, Hainan province on Monday evening. The sailing event attracted numerous professional and amateur sailing teams from both home and abroad.
In the 2024 event, sailors from 12 countries and regions, including Singapore, United States and Spain, showcased their resilient spirit and unwavering passion for sailing as they battled the waves.
This year's regatta featured four categories, including IRC1, IRC2, Dubois50 and the newly added FarEast 28R class. Among these, the IRC1 and Dubois50 teams participated in the full-round race, taking on longer courses, while the IRC2 teams competed in the half-round race, engaging in fierce competition on the high seas.
