The Beijing International Cultural and Tourism Consumption Expo opened at the Beijing Exhibition Center on Friday.
The three-day event is being hosted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and has attracted some 300 exhibitors from China and abroad.
The aim of expo is to aggregate resources, showcase the latest developments in cultural and tourism consumption, and provide a global platform for the exhibition and trading of cultural and tourism products, according to the organizers.

In addition to Chinese exhibitors, cultural and tourism institutes from 16 countries are taking part, including Cuba, Canada, South Africa, Thailand and Russia.
All are presenting distinctive cultural and tourism products at the expo, which drew more than 20,000 visitors on its first day.
