据国家数据局消息，国家公共数据资源登记平台于2025年3月1日正式上线运行。

2025年3月1日，国家公共数据资源登记平台正式上线运行，登记工作全面展开，这标志着数据要素市场化配置改革迈出重要一步。开展公共数据资源登记，是贯彻落实《中共中央办公厅 国务院办公厅关于加快公共数据资源开发利用的意见》的重要举措。国家发展改革委、国家数据局联合印发《公共数据资源登记管理暂行办法》《公共数据资源授权运营实施规范》《关于建立公共数据资源授权运营价格形成机制的通知》后，国家信息中心积极搭建技术平台，地方、部门和相关企事业单位主动对接落实资源登记工作，为平台如期上线创造了条件，也为逐步形成公共数据资源全国“一本账”，促进供需对接和公共数据规范化、透明化应用奠定基础。
国家公共数据资源登记平台主要负责办理中央和国家机关及其直属机构、中央企业的登记业务，同时暂时代为受理部分未完成平台建设省份的登记申请。公共数据资源登记平台是开展登记工作的信息化载体，实行“一个标准、两级架构”。国家数据局制定统一的登记技术和业务标准，负责建设国家公共数据资源登记平台，确保与各省级平台对接，实现登记信息互联互通和统一赋码，各省级数据管理部门牵头建设省级登记平台，目标在2025年年内构建起职责明确、分工负责、运转有序的全国公共数据资源登记体系。
