Even in the depth of winter, the facility agriculture industrial park in Linze county, Zhangye city, Gansu province, is brimming with warmth and vitality, as farmers harvest, sort, and pack freshly picked produce for shipment to markets across the region.
Inside the greenhouses, more than 20 varieties of vegetables are in peak harvesting season. Grown under controlled conditions, the produce is quickly transported to markets near and far, helping to ensure a stable supply of fresh vegetables during the winter months.

In recent years, Linze has established 15 standardized green vegetable production bases, expanding the planting area to 8,533 hectares.
Since the onset of winter, greenhouses across the county have produced more than 34,000 metric tons of vegetables, with over 15,000 tons sold to markets outside the region. The steady flow of winter produce fills dining tables in other parts of the country while providing farmers with stable income during the cold season.
