OSLO -- Police said they have taken into custody a suspected shooter after reports that shots were fired inside a shopping center in central Oslo on Monday morning.
Police told media that they are still searching for any injured individuals and for others who may have been involved.
They also urged the public to stay away from the area until the situation is normalized.
