March 5 is the 62nd Lei Feng Memorial Day and also the 26th China Youth Volunteers Service Day. To further inherit and carry forward the Spirit of Lei Feng, a soldier and national icon, and expand the radiation scope and service connotation of the "Electric Warmth" Urban Service Center, State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company organized young volunteers to carry out a special action titled "Carry forward the Spirit of Lei Feng and Light up the Light of Civilization". They told the stories of Lei Feng to the masses and provided a series of convenient services for the people. By taking practical actions, they inherited the Spirit of Lei Feng and spread positive social energy.
On the morning of that day, in the "Electric Warmth" Urban Service Center in Jiangyan district, a unique lecture on Lei Feng's stories was being held. Young volunteers gathered together. They combined the Spirit of Lei Feng with the practice of power supply services by using vivid language and vivid examples. Through forms such as scene reenactments and interactive storytelling, they explained it vividly to the citizens.
At the event site, hundreds of Lei Feng-themed stamps and postcards were neatly displayed. These precious collections carried the marks of time. The yellowed postcards and each stamp seemed to possess a magical power, transcending time and space to slowly recount the ordinary yet great life of Comrade Lei Feng. The volunteers transformed into professional "guides" and patiently and meticulously explained the story behind each stamp to everyone, enabling the Spirit of Lei Feng to take root deep in the hearts of the people imperceptibly.
At the same time, on the other side of the service center, volunteers were methodically providing various convenient services for the citizens. In front of the electrical appliance repair booth, the volunteers carefully checked the malfunctions and skillfully handled the tools. Before long, they repaired one "out-of-order" electrical appliance after another. At the blood pressure measurement area, the volunteers earnestly measured the blood pressure of the citizens and patiently answered their health-related questions.

This event is also a vivid practice of State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company in implementing the special action of "Power Love Volunteer Service" of State Grid Corporation of China. The "Electric Warmth" Volunteer Service Team of the company will continue to carry out eight key volunteer service projects such as "Four Hearts and Four Assistances". Taking these projects as the carriers, it will actively form flexible teams across different specialties and multiple levels, deeply and thoroughly promote the implementation of service projects to make them more in-depth, solid, refined and excellent, and transform the Spirit of Lei Feng into a regular service mechanism.
