China has geared up to produce more talent serving the modern manufacturing sector by incubating more human resources agencies and optimizing human resources services, in order to create full and high-quality employment.
Five central departments such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly released a guideline recently, clarifying that the nation will incubate more human resources agencies and companies specifically serving the manufacturing industry to promote the integration of the two industries.
Under the guideline, the nation will introduce more high-end talent to support the manufacturing development, and the talent will gain preferential treatment in career promotion.
The nation will channel efforts to build up professional or industry-based human resources market and optimizing the employment services to balance the labor supplies in regions with different economy situations, which will help average workers to land suitable jobs.
The nation encourages companies or human resources institutes to use high-tech, AI, for example, to better their services. Also, more international communications and cooperation will be organized, and supervision over human resources will be further tightened, according to the guideline.
