Miss Jasmine on the plateau

At Lhasa-Jiangsu Experimental School, students affectionately call Xu Xiaoqin Miss Jasmine. She is one of 20 aid teachers from Jiangsu helping new teaching ideas and resources take root in classrooms on the plateau.
