The transport authorities mobilized more than 4,000 emergency road workers and over 2,600 snow-removal equipment, with mechanized operations intensified and refined into smaller units to clear snowfall. Extra resources were also deployed at high-risk sections such as sharp curves, steep slopes and tunnel entrances, while unsafe mountainous roads were closed in a timely manner.

Targeted measures were implemented for 18 ground-level and elevated metro lines, including activating switch heating devices, enforcing speed limits and adopting manual driving when necessary. Bus services were dynamically adjusted, with segmented operations and flexible scheduling applied to 334 suburban and mountainous routes. Authorities also strengthened coordination at major railway stations and airports to handle potential train and flight delays.
