LOS ANGELES -- The US state of Minnesota and the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul on Monday filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over the recent surge of federal immigration enforcement in the state, after a fatal shooting of a woman by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent last week.
