China's economy is resilient and can combat global economic uncertainties, said Bai Chongen, dean of Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management and a CPPCC member. "The sky is not falling," he said. "By strengthening internal markets and building global partnerships, uncertainty can be transformed into opportunity."
