We are very open, and want to have a constructive, deep, friendly, partnership conversation with our American partners," said Yermak, also a member of the Ukrainian delegation participating in negotiations with the United States in Saudi Arabia.
He stressed the need to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine during the negotiations.
