On December 9, in the dog training ground and the international pet competition hall of the Gambol Pet Town (a pet theme tourism destination) in the Development Zone of Liaocheng city, Shandong province, pets were jumping around merrily.
Gambol Pet Group was founded in 2006. It is a private enterprise mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of pet food. Its main products include staple food series for pet dogs and cats, snack series and health product series, etc. The products are sold in many overseas regions such as North America, Europe, and Asia.
In September this year, due to the increase in orders, Gambol planned to upgrade the original production line and build some workshops as supporting facilities. For this reason, the company submitted an application for the newly connected 10-kilovolt dedicated line.
After receiving the application, the Xincheng Power Supply Center of the State Grid Liaocheng Power Supply Company organized its staff members to visit the client on multiple occasions to discuss the electricity-related matters for the expansion project, inquired about the business needs for high-voltage capacity increase, and, based on the client's project plan and progress, provided an electricity usage plan for the transition from temporary to formal power supply.

At 10:26 on the morning of November 27, the 11-01J switch on the Gambol of the 10-kilovolt Jinshan Line I and the 02-01J switch on the Gambol of the 10-kilovolt Jindong Line I were switched to the maintenance state, and the capacity increase and power outage renovation work officially kicked off. After more than 30 hours of intense work, the company successfully completed the high-voltage capacity increase acceptance and power transmission work for the production expansion project of the intelligent factory of Gambol Pet Group.
Since the beginning of this year, the State Grid Liaocheng Power Supply Company has implemented the "Three Zeros" (zero on-site visits, zero approvals, zero investment) service for low-voltage small and micro enterprises and the "Three Savings" (saving time, saving effort, saving money) service for high-voltage enterprises. It has strictly implemented the investment policy that extends to the red line demarcating the client's area. This year, it has saved 170 million yuan in investment for more than 1,000 enterprises in the whole city. It has also carried out in-depth "Four Entries" large-scale visits, assigned 323 "electricity visit staff", and has cumulatively visited over 2,000 enterprises this year, resolving 67 electricity-related demands.
