On Nov 12, a green power promotional event with the theme "Industry and Finance Join Hands for a Green Electricity Future" was launched under the collaboration between State Grid Changzhou Power Supply Company and State Grid Yingda's Nanjing Financial Center.
The event showcased Changzhou's strong momentum in the field of new energy industries and highlighted its charm as the "City of New Energy."
In recent years, Changzhou in Jiangsu province has been involved in new energy, becoming a fertile ground for related investment. The export volume of new energy products has steadily increased each year, injecting new vitality into Changzhou's economy. To support enterprises in their green transformation, the Changzhou city government has introduced a series of support policies, including encouraging companies to obtain green electricity certificates, participate in carbon emissions trading and providing subsidies to reduce the cost of green electricity consumption. These policies have stimulated enterprises to move toward green energy consumption.
To meet the diverse needs of enterprises in green electricity transactions, the "Changle Electric" Green Power and Green Certificate Service Station in Changzhou was inaugurated on June 19. Leveraging the service network of State Grid Changzhou Power Supply Company, the service station has achieved comprehensive coverage and launched "6+X" special services. The service station offers various services such as one-stop green power-related services and instant access to policy information to help enterprises increase their share of green electricity consumption.
This public welfare promotional event, following the inauguration of the service station, is centered on distinctive extended services, by inviting industry insiders and experts to share insights on topics such as green power consumption policies and the current status of trading development. During the event, more than 50 companies engaged in discussions and provided valuable feedback for the promotion of green electricity consumption in Changzhou.
State Grid Changzhou Power Supply Company said it will continue to leverage the brand of "Changle Electric" to regularly conduct public welfare promotional activities and other "6+X" special services, in a bid to promote the green and low-carbon concepts to more enterprises and individuals. Additionally, the company will deepen cooperation between industry and finance, drive the development of a full-chain green and low-carbon ecosystem and contribute to the construction of Changzhou as the "City of New Energy."
