Saudi Arabia and China can complement each other by cooperating in R&D as well as in innovation and facilitate Saudi manufacturing and logistics in its vision for a new regional industrial hub, said Bandar Bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, Saudi minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, in an interview with China Daily.
