The Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Confederation and Guangdong Provincial Association of Entrepreneurs released a report on the development of the top 500 enterprises in Guangdong province in 2022 on Oct 12.

According to the report, the top 500 enterprises in Guangdong posted operation revenue of 17.01 trillion yuan ($2.36 trillion) in 2022, with average enterprise operation revenue exceeding 34 billion yuan.

Ping An Insurance Group, Amer International Group and China Southern Power Grid top the list, with Amer International Group crowning the list for private firms in Guangdong as well.
