11月29日，微信发布《关于〈微信外部链接内容管理规范〉的更新声明》，公布在监管部门指导下进一步的互联互通方案。
WeChat, the popular messaging app of Tencent Holdings Ltd, is allowing users to directly access external links in one-on-one chats, the latest answer to Beijing's call to end monopoly and enhance connectivity among internet companies.
微信允许用户在一对一聊天场景中直接访问外部链接，这是该公司在监管部门提出停止垄断、促进互联网企业互联互通的要求下推出的最新举措。微信是腾讯旗下热门通讯应用软件。
目前，一对一发送淘宝或京东等平台的购物链接（links to e-commerce platforms），可直接点开并完成“加入购物车-支付”的交易闭环（finish a transaction），在支付环节也可以选择直接调用支付宝网页进行支付。
9月17日，微信曾发布《关于〈微信外部链接内容管理规范〉调整的声明》。
In the revamp announced in September, WeChat had enabled users to open external links in one-on-one chats, but users need to go through a redirecting page prior to their destination portals. This current upgrade scrapped the landing page.
9月份发布的调整措施中，微信已经允许用户在一对一聊天场景中访问外部链接，只不过用户点击链接后需通过一个跳转页面才能进入要访问的站点。此次升级省去了跳转页。
群聊场景也将对外链开放
WeChat said it is also testing e-commerce links from external sites to be accessible in group chats, which will go into effect successively.
微信表示，正在群聊场景试行开放电商类外部链接直接访问功能，该功能将陆续生效。
微信还表示，后续计划开发自主选择模式，为用户提供外部链接管理功能（new feature that enables users to manage external links）。
更多互联互通在推进
除了微信场景对于外部链接的陆续开放，微信支付与银联云闪付也在陆续推进互联互通。
Users of Cloud QuickPass, the mobile payment service of UnionPay, can make payments by scanning WeChat Pay QR codes offline, and WeChat Pay users can do the same with QuickPass codes. QuickPass payment now supports some Tencent services, such as its music and video streaming apps, as well as WeChat mini-programs for WeChat Read, JD, and Luckin.
微信支付已与银联云闪付App正式实现线下条码的互认互扫。腾讯旗下部分服务场景支持云闪付支付，包括QQ音乐、腾讯视频，以及微信读书、京东、瑞幸等小程序的部分场景。
