国务院印发《关于加强数字政府建设的指导意见》

China has detailed measures to enhance building a digital government in tandem with the country's efforts to promote digital transformation. By 2025, the country will strive to improve the top-level design and coordination of a digital government that matches the modernization of the national governance system, according to a guideline released by the State Council, China's cabinet. The guideline said key advancements would emerge in making scientific government policies, carrying out targeted measures in social governance, and providing efficient public services.
日前，国务院印发《关于加强数字政府建设的指导意见》（以下简称《指导意见》），就主动顺应经济社会数字化转型趋势作出部署。《指导意见》提出两阶段工作目标，到2025年，与政府治理能力现代化相适应的数字政府顶层设计更加完善，政府决策科学化、社会治理精准化、公共服务高效化取得重要进展。
By 2035, China will seek to establish a digital government that is coordinated, efficient, intelligent, open, transparent, and inclusive.
到2035年，整体协同、敏捷高效、智能精准、开放透明、公平普惠的数字政府基本建成。
> China's drug-related cases decline for 5 consecutive years
公安部：我国毒品案件连续5年年均降幅达20%以上

The number of drug-related cases in China declined from 140,000 in 2017 to 54,000 in 2021, down an annual average of over 20 percent for five consecutive years.
公安部日前在新闻发布会上称，截至2021年底，毒品案件由2017年的14万起下降至2021年的5.4万起，连续5年年均降幅达20%以上。
Over the past five years, 451,000 drug-related criminal cases were closed, with 588,000 criminal suspects apprehended and 305 tons of narcotics seized.
五年来，全国共破获毒品犯罪案件45.1万起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人58.8万名，缴获毒品305吨。
So far, China has placed 449 types of narcotic substances under control, making it among the countries with the most stringent narcotics control measures.
截至目前，我国已列管449种麻醉品、精神物质，是世界上列管毒品最多、管制最严的国家。
> Over 1,700 internet hospitals established in China
全国已审批设置1700余家互联网医院

More than 1,700 internet hospitals have been approved and established in China, integrating online and offline medical services.
截至目前，全国已审批设置1700余家互联网医院，正形成线上线下一体化医疗服务。
As of the end of 2021, online hospitals served 298 million people, increasing by 83.08 million from 2020. Online hospital users accounted for 28.9 percent of the total number of Chinese netizens.
据统计，截至去年底，我国在线医疗用户规模达到2.98亿人，比2020年增长了8308万人，在线医疗用户占网民总数的28.9%。
At present, more than half of second-level and above public hospitals in China have developed medical service pre-registration, and among them, over 4,800 can provide prior-consultations, reducing potential cross-infections caused by in-person gatherings.
截至目前，全国二级及以上公立医院中，超过50%开展了预约诊疗，其中超过4800家医院能够做到分时段的精准预约诊疗，避免了医院人员聚集，降低了交叉感染的风险。
