12月1日出版的第23期《求是》杂志发表了中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平的重要文章《坚持、完善和发展中国特色社会主义国家制度与法律制度》。文章强调，新中国成立70年来，我们党领导人民不断探索实践，逐步形成了中国特色社会主义国家制度和法律制度。
An article by President Xi Jinping on upholding, improving and developing the socialist state system and legal system with Chinese characteristics was published Sunday in this year's 23rd issue of the Qiushi Journal. In the article, Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, said the socialist state system and legal system with Chinese characteristics have been gradually formed, under the leadership of the Party, through long-term practices and explorations over the past seven decades since the founding of New China.
