“势利眼”，中文俗语，一般指对上位者趋奉，对无权无势的人歧视，谄上欺下的人（a person who admires people in the higher social classes too much and has no respect for people in the lower social classes），与英文单词snob同义。势利小人表示“snobbish person”。
