Now it is the peak production season, and staff members from the State Grid Weifang Power Supply Company have taken the initiative to visit and provide professional guidance, which has saved time, reduced costs, and created value for the company's production. On January 8, in the Derun Lvjian (Shandong) Composite Materials Co Ltd production workshop, located in the Derun Science and Technology Industrial Park in Qiaoguan town, Changle county, Weifang city, the State Grid Weifang Power Supply Company organized its employees to visit and understand the enterprise's production power demand by assisting in ensuring safe production.
Strolling through the workshop, we see large production lines, including coating, slitting and rewinding, which are operating at high speed and workers proficiently operating the various equipment. Through a series of precise processes, raw materials are gradually transformed into high-quality silicone paper, baking paper, barbecue paper and other products, which are then exported to over 20 countries and regions, including Russia, Britain, and Vietnam. "As the global market demand for silicone paper continues to grow, we persist in technological innovation and overseas market expansion. Currently, our order volume has surpassed 12,000 tons, marking a 20 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Existing orders have been scheduled until April, and we are operating at full capacity," Liu Yuliang, general manager of Derun Lvjian (Shandong) Composite Materials Co Ltd, explained.
Derun Science and Technology Industrial Park has successfully attracted numerous enterprises, including Derun New Materials, Derun Lvjian, Derun Heavy Steel, Zhongke Huasheng, Kunrui New Energy, Dingsheng New Materials and Suda Yuncang. The park boasts 14 distribution transformers with a total capacity of 4300KVA and plans to undertake the fourth phase of project construction in 2025. Currently, we are engaged in in-depth discussions with multiple high-tech projects, focusing on industries such as new energy, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing and prefabricated buildings. Several enterprises, including those specializing in high-end TPS insulating glass and the annual production of 200 cultural and tourism space capsules, are anticipated to settle in, further enriching the industrial chain and enhancing the industrial agglomeration effect.
